Come join my tribe and experience the power, joy and stillness of Dru Yoga ‘freedom and flow’ in Denham and at The Soul Studios in Ruislip.
Yoga is such an amazing gift in this fast paced world we live in and all my classes are designed to dive deeper into Self get you out of your minds and into your body.
All of my classes tend to be beautiful, soft, and great for anyone who needs that soft, healing flow. You will feel the beauty that you are and open as we work through various sequences, energy block releases, asanas and prayanama (breath), visualisations and affirmations.
I attended 2 of Pammie’s classes when she provided cover for our usual teacher. She created quite a different routine for us which was gentle but at the same time it challenged each muscle group. Pammie really takes time to look after each person in the class explaining everything brilliantly.
It left us feeling blissed out at the end each class. It was quite magical. I highly recommend Pammie’s yoga classes and wished I had more time available to attend her regular classes in Denham – Excellent music selection too – Beverley Hunt
Kids Yoga Tribe
I love teaching kids yoga with storytelling, captivating them with fun, laughter, dancing and singing all whilst doing the postures and sequences. A great way for the little ones to really enjoy the amazing benefits of yoga.
Prenatal Yoga
Yoga can play a key role for a smooth pregnancy and empowers the mother to be to have conscious birth experience. More importantly yoga does wonders for the physical and mental development of the baby.
I am so pleased to announce that I will be holding 6 week prenatal yoga classes, starting in Autumn 2018.
Pregnancy yoga is suitable for mums-to-be from 12 weeks and you can safely practice until your babe arrives. This style of yoga is a lovely gentle, supportive and nourishing practice which will help you enjoy your pregnancy and also alleviate the common ailments sometimes experienced by expectant mums, such as back pain and pelvic girdle pain, aching joints, tiredness, fatigue and breathlessness.
In a antenatal yoga session you will learn a combination of yoga positions and movements to create comfort and space for you and your baby. You will learn breathing techniques to help you through your pregnancy and through childbirth itself and you will experience some lovely deep relaxation techniques, helping you stay calm and relieve the anxieties associated with pregnancy andchildbirth.
Classes are a happy mix of women at different stages of pregnancy and with varied experience of yoga. Pregnancy naturally inspires a connection to and curiosity with our bodies and yoga enhances this, taking us deeper into ourselves.
All poses are clearly demonstrated and designed to help you feel your best as your baby grows. We also practice useful poses for labour and birth so that they become familiar, comfortable and easy to use instinctively in labour.
Breath awareness is an important element of each class and we focus on variations of the breath and traditional pranayama to calm the busy mind. This equips mothers with a powerful tool to stay grounded and focused during labour. We learn how to employ the breath to release fear, tension and difficult thoughts.
Each class ends with a deep relaxation and a quiet moment to feel at peace with your growing baby, a cocoon of love and calm in our busy lives. The vibe in the classes is nurturing and friendly. With candles burning, music playing and lots of warmth and good humour.
